1G8@ 6A12 and 10AE,three McAbs representing different epitopes were selected to establish a diagnostic method for detecting RHDV antigen in infected rabbit liver, Tatal of 789 Samples were checked by McAb mdirected ELISA in comparation with haemagglutination test(HAT) and polyclonal antibododies.Sandwich ELISA. The results were: 551 cases being negative and 17.3 cases being postive by the three methods; 31, cases being positive by Sandwich ELISA and McAb ELISA ; other 31 cases being postive by only Sandwich ELISA; 2 cases being HAT postive and I case being positive by McAb ELlSA.
