摘要
对健康和免疫后攻击京－１株ＭＤ强毒鸡中枢免疫器官中ＰＭＣ＋浆细胞的动态变化进行了观察．结果表明，健康攻毒组免疫器官中ＰＭＧ＋浆细胞数在攻毒后３天开始下降．１５～２０天迅带回升，３０天左右达到峰值，以后又迅速下降；免疫攻毒组，免疫器中中的ＰＭＧ＋浆细胞数在攻毒后２０天以前一直处于较高的水平，之后与对照组差异不明显。
In this experiment,PMG+ plasma cells in immune organs of three group chickens(chikens of group I were a.accinated with virulent M D virus strain BJ--1 at the age of 1 days,those of group 2 were injected with HVT at the age of I day and challenged with the BJu I at the age of 1 days,and group 3 as control.)were dynamically observed. Results md teated that the number of PMG+ plasma cells in immune organs in group I increased apparently at the age of 15-30 days,but remained lover in other days.In group 2,the number of that was continuously higher than that in the other Sroups before 20 days postinfection and became to be colse to that in group 3 after 20 days postinfection.
