摘要
根据某些不同类型的病毒能感染同一宿主细胞不同部位,并产生各自特征性病变和独立复制的原理[1],笔者将鸡新城疫(ND)、支气管炎(IB)、法氏囊病(IBD)三株弱毒以不同的接种剂量、接种比例和接种程序.成功地共同感染鸡全胚细胞(CE).达到了在同一宿主细胞上同时增殖三株弱毒的目的。三联细胞毒中三株弱毒的半数感染价:新城疫病毒(NDV)鸡胚半数感染价(EID60)为107.23/0.1ml.细胞半数感染价(TCID50)为107.19/0.02ml;支气管炎病毒(IB)EID50为106.88/0.1ml,TCID50为107.22/0.02ml;法氏羹病病毒(IBDV)TCID50为107.89/0.02ml.与各株单毒接种的毒价比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。将此三联细胞毒以0.01~0.2ml/只不同剂量接种5~15日龄雏鸡.均未出现任何不良反应。通过血清学检测,接种0.01ml剂量的雏鸡.ND血凝抑制抗体可提高2~3log2以上,IBD琼扩抗体与使用单苗免疫的水平一致,二免后抗体有明显上升、以标准强毒攻击:ND保护率为95.45%.IB为89.1%,IBD为81.25%。试验证实,所培育的三联细胞弱毒?
Abstract The attenuated Newcastle Disease Virus(NDV),Infectious Bronchitis Virus(IBV) and Infectiocus Bursal Disease Virus(IBDV)were successfully cultivated together in the same kind of chicken embryo cells by the definitive inoculated dose, proportion and procedure, and the atteenuated triplex viruses were prepared. The EID50 and TCID50 of NDV or IBV in the triplex viruses were 107.2/0. 1ml and 107.2/0.02ml respeectively, or 106.4/0. lml and 107.2/0. 01ml repectively,All of which were not statistically different from that of original single NDV or IBV. The TCID50 of IBDV in the triplex viruses was 107.4/0. 02ml, without statistic difference to that of single IBDV. The 5 to 15-day-old chicken showed no bad effects after the inoculation with the triplex viruses at a dose of 0.1 of to 0. 2ml. The chicken inoculated premarily with the triplex viruses at a dose of 0.01 ml had 2 to 3 log2 ND HI titers higher than the uninoculated chicken,and the same antibody level of IBD AGP as the chicken vaccinated with the single IBD vaccine,while they could get obviously much higher antibody levels of both ND HI and IBD AGP after the second inoculation with the triplex viruses.The secondary inoculated chicken obtained 95. 45% protection rate against ND,89.1% against 1B, 81. 25% against IBD,when they were challeged with the standard virulent,The above results indicated that the NDV,IBV and IBDV in the triplex viruses had separatively the better antigenicity and immunogenicity
