摘要
采用荧光免疫组织化学方法，对家兔外周免疫器官β－内腓肽（β－Ｅｐ）进行定位研究．β－Ｅｐ阳性反应细胞存在于Ｔ淋巴细胞区，而Ｂ淋巴细胞区不存在。推恻β－Ｅｐ对外周免疫器官调节作用是通过Ｔ淋巴细胞完成的。在Ｔ淋巴细胞区即有细胞膜上的β－Ｅｐ阳性细胞反应，又有细胞浆内β－Ｅｐ阳性细胞反应，说明β－Ｅｐ对免疫器官的调节作用可能存在反馈调节机制。
Abstract This paper studied the distribution of the β-Ep in the peripheral immune organs in rabbits by Immunofluorecent histochemistry.There are positive cells of β-Ep in T lymphocytes area, but not in B ]ymphocytes area.We deduced that β-Ep's adjusting function tO the peripheral immune organs is completed with T lymphocytes.The positive cells included membrance-positive and plasma-positive in T lymphocyte area. It stated that a feedback mechanism might be existed in β-Ep's adjusting function.
