摘要
对营养不良青少年及其家长开展营养知识健康教育,结果发现健康教育前后学生和家长的测验成组分别从13.73和1495上升到17.88和16.13,差别有高度显著性;在营养知识五个分测验项目及总分上,驻康繁育后干预组无显著在于对照组.追踪观察结果表明干预组在不良饮食行为习惯上有所改善,提示健康教育不仅可以提高青少年知识水平,而且可使其健康知识转变为“健康行为”.
A nutrition education intervention program was assessed among 184 students with malnutrition and theirparents. with another 155 students with malnutrition as the controls. The level of knowledge concerning nutrition was raised in intervention group through health education. the scores of the knowledge increased from13. 73 to 17. 88 (student) and from 14. 95 to 16. 13 (parent). respectively. Dietary habits of the interventionadolescents were improved after 6 month health education. In conclusion. health education in effective in prevention and treatment of malnutrition. though the long-term effect of which remains to be evaluated.
