Discussion on the Design and the Significance of"Prescription Set"

目的:探讨“套餐处方”在解决医、患矛盾、降低医药费用中的作用。方法:分析推行“套餐处方”的意义及其临床实用价值。结果与结论:推行“套餐处方”,有助于加强医、患沟通,化解医、患矛盾,降低医药费用,保障患者的用药知情权、选择权和决定权。

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of the'Prescription Sets'on solving the conflicts between doctors and patients and the cutting down of the medical expenses.METHODS:The significance and the clinical practical value of carrying out the'Prescription Sets'were analyzed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The practice of'Prescription Sets'is helpful for the strengthening of doctor-patient communication,softening of the doctor-patient conflicts,lowering medical expenses and ensuring patients the rights of knowing the facts,choosing and deciding in the medication.
