Tentative Discussion on Ensuring Patients' Rights of Knowing the Fact in Medication

目的:保障患者的用药知情权。方法:分析当前我国医疗服务的特点及存在的主要问题,探讨医院保障患者用药知情权的意义和必要性,并提出具体措施。结果与结论:保障患者的用药知情权,是体现医院“以人为本”、建设和谐社会、提升医院形象和促进合理用药的需要,应引起卫生主管部门及医院领导的重视。

OBJECTIVE:To ensure patients'rights of knowing the fact of medication.METHODS:The characteristics of medical care and the chief problems existed at present were analyzed.The significance and the necessity of ensuring patients'rights of knowing the fact in medication in hospital were discussed and some specific measures were proposed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Ensuring patients'rights of knowing the fact in medication embodies hospital's demand for'taking people as top priority',building a harmonious society,upgrading hospital's image and promoting rational drug use,which deserves great attention from the relevant hygiene authorities and hospital leaders.
