摘要 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定头孢噻吩钠中有关物质的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18,流动相为醋酸钠溶液-乙腈(82∶18),流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为254nm。结果:各项专属性试验中,头孢噻吩钠主峰与其它杂质峰均分离较好;3批样品中主要杂质峰面积之和均未超过对照品溶液主峰面积的2倍。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好。 OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC method in the determination of the related substances in cefalotin sodium.METHODS:The determination was performed with C 18 as the chromatographic column.The mobile phase was consisted of sodium acetate solution-acetonitrile(82∶18)with a flow rate at1.0ml/min.The column temperature was30℃and the detection wavelength was254nm.RESULTS:All the chief peaks of cefalotin sodium and those of their related substances could be well isolated in all the specificity tests.The total peak area of the chief foreign substances of all the3batches of samples were no more than the twice of the chief peak area of their control solutions.CONCLUSION:This method is simple,accurate and reproducible.
