主导产业对产业结构的演变有导向和推动作用。生物技术正在成为21世纪世界经济和社会可持续发展的重要技术体系,西方发达国家不约而同地把生物产业作为主导产业来培育。我国也须顺应这一世界发展潮流,做好政策制定、人才培养、资本市场健全等方面的工作,把生物经济培养为我国的主导产业。
Leading industry is benefit for the guide and improvement of industry structure. Biology technology is becoming the important system of the word economy and social standing development in 21 century. The western developed countries regard the biology industry as the leading industry. Our country should suim with the tide,and breed properly biology technology in policy establishment, personal training and the capital market.
