循环经济:构筑资源型城市产业转型的新模式

Circular Economy: the New Model Establishment of Industrial Transformation of Resource Based Cities

当前,资源型城市面临着支柱产业单一,竞争能力不强的突出矛盾。在产业转型的推动下,循环经济成为新的经济运行模式。文章阐述了循环经济的模式、原则、优势,论述了发展循环经济以实现我国资源型城市产业转型的必要性,并对发展循环经济提出了相应的对策建议。

Nowadays, resource-based city is faced with the outstanding problem that it only has one support industry and weaken competition ability. In this paper,the author expounds the circular economy model,principle,advantage and discusses the necessity of developing circular economy in resource-based cities. At last, some relevant countermeasure and suggestions on how to develop circular economy in resource-based city are put forward.
