文章阐述了基于项目团队的知识性组织的定义和特征,论述了知识性组织的生命周期与核心能力,给出了知识性组织的运行方式,讨论了基于项目团队的知识性组织的组织架构,为知识性组织的运营指出了方向和提出了建议。
This paper, points out the definition and the characteristics of knowledge organization based on project-team.Then discusses life cycle of the organization and its core competence. presents operation mode of the organization. Finally it describes the framework of knowledge organization based on project-team,points out orientation and put forward suggests for knowledge organization.
