With the rapid development of high-technology and its industry, especially emergence of network economy, resources inside the enterprise have not been enough for more and more complicated and changeful request of market competition, so they start to look for outside resources, then turn to the integrated supply-chain management. The operation of integrated supply-chain must bring out charges and expenditure, that is the cost of the integrated supply-chain .So to look for quick and simple optimization model is a meaningful thing.
