摘要 金融案件屡发不止原因何在?这是一个制度性问题。从技术层面头痛医头不能解决问题,应从制度安排上找出路,从而建立起风险管理长效机制,确保金融生态的优化。 Why do financial cases emerge one after another? This is an institutional problem. Technological curing can’t make a solution. A way out should be found from institutional arrangement, by establishing a long-run effective mechanism for risk management so as to ensure optimization of financial ecosystem.
