摘要 根据工业生产的要求,研究了灵活地调整粉磨产品的中位粒径D50,以及D85、D90、D97等任意的粒度尺寸和分布范围的实际需要。其方法是用激光粒度测试仪测得频度(微分)、累积(积分)分布的数据,通过建立数学模型,应用计算机计算技术,并结合高纯超细硅微粉的粉磨工艺系统进行研究;经激光粒度仪测定的数据按数学模型分2组分、3组分或多组分输入计算机计算处理,然后按计算结果调配出需要的粒度分布。系统可及时地打印输出调整后的频度分布和累积分布图,以及相应的数据组。若与粉磨系统的在线取样和分析配合,即可实时控制生产系统的产品粒度分布,能及时地调节控制生产,满足产品质量控制的要求。 The paper introduces that Computer technology has been applied to regulate the diameter of particle when the value of cumulative distribution is D_(50), D_(85), D_(90), D_(97) etc. of faculative sizes and particle distributing bounds of milled products, based on the producing requirement. The method is as follows: use Laser Particle Sizer to obtain data of frequency distribution (calculous), cumulative distribution (integral) and then build mathematic model, lastly do research with computer and combined with the study of milling system of high-pure ultra-fine silica. The specified protocol is as follows, classify the data measured by Laser Particle Sizer into two-component, three-component or multi-component system according to mathematic model, then put them into computer, next use the computer results to adjust particle distribution, finally computer system can synchronously print graphs of adjusted frequency distribution and cumulative distribution, which are accompanied with respective data. If cooperated with sampling online and analysis of milling system, particle distribution of production can be controlled and manufacture can be regulated.
