摘要
冷却方式中包括有炉冷和空冷两种,通过实验对比了炉冷和空冷对型砂残留强度值测定的影响,认为炉冷的方式更接近于铸型实际的冷却情况,得到的结果能更好地评价溃散剂真实的溃散效果,因而在以后的溃散性实验中应采用炉冷的冷却方式。
The influences of kiln-ooling mode and air-ooling mode on measuring retained strength of molding sands were contrasted by the experiments, and the results show the kiln-ooling mode is a better cooling mode because its effect is closer to the practical cooling mode of casting.
