真空玻璃盖板热管平板式太阳能热水器的研制 被引量:10

摘要 介绍了研究成功的采用真空玻璃盖板的热管平板式太阳能热水器,测试了其性能,并与全玻璃真空管太阳能热水器和蜂窝热管太阳能热水器进行了比较。实测得到,真空玻璃盖板热管平板式热水器的日平均效率比后两者分别大1 3 .3 %和6.5 % ,平均热损系数比后两者分别小5 2 .5 %和2 1 .5 %。真空玻璃盖板平板式太阳能热水器性能优越。 A new heat pipe solar water heater with vacuum glass-covered board was introduced in this paper. The thermal performance was tested and compared with the thermal performance of the all-glass evacuated tubular water heater and the cellular heat pipe solar water heater. The daily average efficiency of solar absorbency for the vacuum glass-cover board heat pipe solar water heater is 13.3% and 6.5% higher than that of all-glass evacuated tubular water heater and cellular heat pipe solar water heater respectively with the coefficient of heat loss 52.5% and 21.5% lower. For the better thermal performance, the application of the new solar water heater should be promoted.
