奶牛乳房炎病原菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

Isolation and Identification of the Pathogenic Bacteria of Cow Mastitis and Its Pharmacosensitive Test

从某奶牛场患乳房炎奶牛的乳汁中共分离到10 株细菌。经形态、染色特性、培养及生化特性等鉴定表明,分离的10 个菌株中,无乳链球菌6 株,大肠杆菌4 株。药敏试验结果表明,头孢氨苄和头孢三嗪对大肠杆菌和无乳链球菌最敏感;氨苄青霉素、新霉素和丁胺卡那霉素也具有良好的抑菌效果。

Ten strains of bacteria were isolated from the milk of dairy cows with mastitis. The results demonstrated that among the 10 strains,6 of them were Streptococcus agalactiae, 4 were Escherichia coli,which based on the cell shape character and reaction to stains, culture character and biochemical test.Pharmacosensitive test showed that drugs of the most sensitive effect to both bacteria were Cephalexin and Ceftriaxone,drugs of less sensitive effect were Ampicillin, Neomycin and Amikacin.
