摘要
介绍了冲击式采煤机及其液压冲击系统,根据可靠性的基本概念建立了液压冲击系统可靠性的逻辑模型、数学模型和仿真模型,利用具体参数估算了该系统的可靠度,并对系统的可靠性进行了仿真分析。结果表明,系统的可靠度即系统不发生故障正常工作的概率与系统仿真结果曲线相吻合。
Impact shear and its hydraulic system is introduced. Based on the basic conception of hydraulic system its,logical,mathematical and simulated reiiability models were derived, and estimation and simulation of the reliable level of hydraulic system was carried out by using specific parameters, the result is acceptable.
