碳钢表面粉末渗铝试验及其性能研究 被引量:29

An Experimental Study on Pack Aluminization of Carbon Steel and Its Properties

摘要 讨论了碳钢表面粉末包埋渗铝的方法,通过试验优化了20 碳钢的渗剂配方。利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了渗铝层金相组织及成分,测量了渗铝钢的腐蚀极化曲线,并进行了高温氧化试验。结果表明,20碳钢渗铝后在H2S水溶液中的耐腐蚀性能明显提高,抗高温氧化性能也大大提高。 Method about pack aluminization of carbon steel was introduced and the aluminizing pack of 20 carbon steel was optimized. Microstructure and content of aluminized layer was analysed by microscope and SEM . Polarization curves were obtained for aluminized steel and carbon steel.In addition, oxidation test with high temperature were made.The results indicated that aluminized steel has good corrosion resistance and good oxidation resistance.
