学分制是以学分计算学生学习量的教学管理制度,它反映了社会化大生产和市场经济对高等教育的客观要求。在当前学分制改革中,既要看到学分制的优点和长处,又要重视和研究学分制的缺陷与不足。要以转变教育思想观念为先导,努力消除学分制建设中的各种制约因素,充分发挥学分制在培养多规格、多层次、多模式和个性化、多样化人才方面的竞争优势,使高等教育健康稳定发展。

<Abstrcat>Credit system is based on the credit to calculate the student's study. This teaching management objectively reflects higher education's demand for socialized production and market economy. In the credit system reform nowadays, its advantage and disadvantage should be taken into consideration. Under the guidance of transforming educational thought concept, the constraint factors should eliminated in the formation of credit system and competitive ascendancy of training talents in sizes, levels, modes, personalities and varieties should be fully developed so that higher education can advance healthily and steadily.
