在知识经济时代,培养高素质的具有创新精神和创新能力的优秀人才已成为我国高等学校教育发展的方向,高等学校将成为培养高素质创新人才的基地。作为高等学校文献信息中心和第二课堂的图书馆,应考虑如何在知识管理与传递服务过程中及时反映时代要求,为培养创新人才营造宽松、自主的学习环境、促进大学生创新精神和创新能力的形成发挥应有的作用。

<Abstrcat>In the age of intellectual economy,colleges have been functioned as a base for training creative talents with high quality, because training of outstanding talents with creative spirit and ability has been the priority of Chinese colleges. As the information center and second classroom,college libraries should consider how to adopt to the requirements of modern times in the management and transmission of knowledge by supplying a relaxed and self-reliant learning atmosphere. As a result, the aim to promote college students' creative spirit and ability can be achieved.
