摘要
为了研究紫萍是否可以应用于有重金属镉污染的富营养化地表水体的治理和生态修复中,以不同浓度的镉处理4d的紫萍为实验材料,研究了在短期的培养条件下镉对紫萍生长的影响。主要测定了叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量及抗氧化系统的几种酶,包括POD、CAT、SOD的活性以及MDA含量的变化,并观察了叶绿体超微结构的变化。研究表明,在短期镉胁迫下紫萍的合成能力、保护酶活性及叶绿体超微结构均发生变化。紫萍对镉污染较敏感,在有镉污染的富营养化水体污染治理的过程中要慎重应用。
Spirodela polyrhiza was cultivated in Steinberg medium with different concentration of Cd2+ for 4 days to study the toxic effect of Cd2+ on this kind of plant. Chlorophyll content, Soluble protein content, POD activity, CAT activity, SOD activity, and MDA content of Spirodela polyrhiza were measured, and transmission electron microscopy was observed. The abilities to synthesize, protective enzymes and chloroplast structures of Spirodela polyrhiza were changed when this plant was exposed to cadmium pollutant water. Spirodela polyrhiza is relatively sensitive to cadmium pollutant. The application of Spirodela polyrhiza on eutrophied water treatment with cadmium pollution of this plant must be carefully considered.
