摘要
采用划痕法与压痕法评价了梯度硬质合金上金刚石涂层的附着情况,压痕法对厚度较大、硬度较高的涂层更优越。作为划痕法与压痕法的补充,新设计了磨蚀试验法评价附着力,可有效、直观地评价金刚石涂层刀具例如铣刀、车刀刀尖涂层的附着情况。结果表明,梯度硬质合金能有效地提高涂层与基体的附着力,是很好的金刚石涂层产品基体材料。
The scratch test and the indentation test were used to estimate the adhesion between the coating and gradient cemented carbide substrates and the indentation test was better when the thickness and the hardness of coatings were bigger. The wear test, as a new method for adhesion evaluation, was designed. This method can effectively and simply evaluate the adhesion of cutting edge of the mills and turning cutters. The results show that the gradient cemented carbide improves obviously the adhesion between coatings and substrates, which is one of the best diamond coating substrates.
