摘要 V型双缸发动机中曲柄连杆机构的惯性力的大小与方向对车辆的振动和舒适性方面有相当大的影响,在摩托车发动机中一般采用过量平衡调整一次惯性力的方法,但长期以来缺乏有效的实验研究手段。讨论了双缸曲柄连杆机构的理论惯性力曲线'力椭圆'和实验惯性力曲线'力八字'的关系,提出在摆架上逐点偏移汽缸进行惯性力实验,采用电子相关器提取一次、二次惯性力信号的测量方法和系统,得到的实验惯性力曲线完全反映了惯性力的主要参数。 Inertial force of crankshaft-connecting rod in a V-cylinder engine have influence on vibration and comfort in vehicle. The relations between theoretical inertia force graph in ellipse and experimental inertia force graph in the 8 shape were studied, a inertial force experiment method through shifting cylinder in a testing bed by a angle every time were prestented, first or second force signal picking-up by electronical correlation method was discusses,the graph and data which represent inertia force principal parameter were obtained.
