六味地黄胶囊治疗眩晕肾阴虚证临床疗效分析

Observing Curative Effect on Treatment of Diziness due to Deficiency of Kidney-yin with Liuweidihuang Capsule

目的:观察六味地黄胶囊(浓缩型)治疗眩晕肾阴虚证的疗效,并考察其安全性,为今后医生用药提供依据。方法:选择80例眩晕属肾阴虚证的患者分别给予六味地黄胶囊及六味地黄丸,其中实验组(六味地黄胶囊)60例,对照组(六味地黄丸)20例。结果:两组药物疗效比较,六味地黄胶囊总疗效明显优于传统剂型六味地黄丸(P<0.005);六味地黄胶囊对耳鸣、腰膝酸软两症状的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),其余症状差异无统计学意义,提示对各症状疗效基本相同。在使用六味地黄胶囊治疗60例眩晕属肾阴虚证临床试验中,未发现任何毒副作用及不良反应,对其中16例患者测定肝肾功能,未发现有肝、肾损伤,提示此药服用安全。

Purpose:To observe the curative effect of using Liuweidihuang Capsule to cure the patients suffering from Kidney-Yin resulting in Vertigo and to inspect it's security.The result can provide the reference for doctor.Method: Choosing 80 Kidney-Yin sufferers who took Liuweidihuang Capsule or Liuweidihuang pill.60 sufferers were in experiment group(take Liuweidihuang Capsule), 20 Patients were in control group(take Liuweidihuang pill). Conclusion:The curative effect of Liuweidihuang Capsule group is better than that of Liuweidihuang pill group. There were significant differences in the curative effect of tinnitus and soreness-tired of waist and knee, experiment group is better than contrast group (P<0.05).There hasn't any deleterious effect in clinical test.Doing hepatonephric examination for 16 patients, we haven't found any gide effect on their liver and kidney,Which shows we think that Liuweidihuang Capsule is safe.
