摘要
以提高科技管理效率为目标,首先介绍了目前国际上一种行之有效的技术管理方法———技术蓝图规划(TechnologyRoadmapping),从其定义、用途、影响因素、模型等方面,系统地阐述了技术蓝图规划的理论与方法;然后描述了其在国际上发展应用的现状;最后结合我国的实际情况,分析了在我国应用技术蓝图规划的潜力。技术蓝图规划为提高我国技术管理水平提供了一种先进管理模式。
Managing technology efficiently is a big challenge, so in this paper, an effective method of technology management, called Technology Roadmapping, is introduced. Firstly, technology roadmapping is systemically expatiated from the aspects of definition, use, influencing factors and model, etc. Secondly, the applications around the world are described. Finally, considering the situation in China, the potency research and application of technology roadmapping is analyzed. It is believed that technology roadmapping can provide an advanced management mode for the enhancement of technology management level.
