体外循环围术期血小板释放反应变化的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 体外循环心内直视手术可引起血小板功能的获得性损害。本文随机取20例体外循环心脏手术患者,于围术期5个时段检测血小板计数(BPC)、血小板表面α颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、β血小板球蛋白(β-TG)、血小板第4因子(PF4)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)等血小板释放反应的指标并行统计学处理。研究表明,体外循环期间BPC明显下降;GMP-140、-β-TG、PF4、5-HT均显著升高。本文从分子学水平证实了体外循环心脏手术对血小板释放反应的损害。 The damage of platelet function caused by cardiopulmonary bypass during open heart surgery of 20 patients was studied.Parameters of platelet release such as platelet counts(BPC),α-granule membrane protein on the surface of platelet(GMP-140),β-thromboglobulin(β-TG),platelet factor 4(PF4)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)were measured at five time periods perioperatively.The results showed that BPC obviously declined;while GMP-140,β-TG,PF4,and 5-HT significantly increased during cardiopulmonary bypass,indicating severe perturbation of platelet function.
