摘要
分析１０例心内膜心肌纤维化病例，其二维超声心动图与心室造影、核磁共振有相似特征，包括心房扩大、心腔变形，心尖及流入道变小或闭塞，可对本病提出诊断，其中３例经手术和病理检查证实。
The echocardiographic findings of endomyocardial fibrosis were analyzed in 10 cases.The features included grossly dilated atrium,short ventricular inflow tract and irregular or obliterative apex similar to the findings by angiocardiography and magnetic resonance imaging. 3 cases were operated and the diagnosis was confirmed both surgically and pathologically.
