变异型心绞痛患者的心律失常特点

ARRHYTHMIC CHARACTERS OF PATIENTS WITH VARIANT ANGINA

本文通过对７１例变异型心绞痛患者的临床分析，证明包括快速性心律失常和缓慢性心律失常在内的各种心律失常是变异型心绞痛患者常见的并发症之一。而心肌缺血时间的长短是影响心律失常发生的重要因素，且闭塞性心律失常较再灌注性心律失常多见。此外，处于疾病高活动期的患者较易发生严重心律失常。长时间变异型心绞痛和心律失常发作，可能影响预后。

Clinical data of 71 patients with variant angina were analysed.The results revealed: ①Arrhythmias were one of the most frequent complications of variant angina attack.②The durations of ischemia of patients with and without arrhythmia were quite different(averaged 8.35 minutes and 3.00 minutes,respectively,p<0.01),so it might be the main factor predisposing arrhythmia.③Occlusion arrhythmia was more often observed than reperfusion arrhythmia.④Serious arrhythmias easily occurred in patients with higher disease activity.⑤The prognosis was influenced by the duration of variant angina attacks and arrhythmia.
