干旱肋迫对烤烟化学成分和香气物质含量的影响 被引量:112

摘要 在盆栽条件下研究了干旱胁迫对烤烟化学成分和香气物质含量的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下烤烟叶片还原糖含量下降,总氮和烟碱含量升高,烟叶中主要香气物质含量减少,品质下降。而且,在烟草生长发育过程中任一时期土壤严重干旱对烟叶的化学成分和香气物质含量都有很大影响,特别是成熟期严重干旱对烟叶品质的影响最大,轻度干旱则有助于提高烟叶的质量。 The effect of drought stress on chemical components and main aroma matter content of nue-cured tobacco were studied with pot experiments. The results showed that the reducing sugar content in flue-cured tobacco leaves decreased, but the total nitrogen and nicotine contents increased under drought stress. At the same time, the main aroma mat ter content in the leaves was declined, and the quality of the leaves was poor. Moreover, the chemical composition and the main aroma matter content were influenced by severe drought stress which occured at any stage during the growth and development of tobacco plants, especially at maturing stage. While mild drought stress occured at maturing stage. While mild dreught stress occured at maturing stage would help the quality of tobacco leaves to be improved.
