摘要
为解决商标打印机中作周期性间歇旋转运动的打印模从动转盘要求定位准确及在运动中不能有冲击、颤抖等现象的技术课题,采用共轭分度凸轮机构,对分度凸轮的结构、几何尺寸、轮廓曲线进行了精心设计,并对轮廓曲线的加工提供了CAM数据.成果应用情况表明,商标打印机原来存在的问题得到了解决.
It is requested that the orientation of workpiece must be exact and the motion of the driven turntable must be placidity in brand printer.In order to solve this technique problem,the authors adopt the conjugate dividing cam mechanism to design the dividing cam carefully,and offer CAM data for the machining of outline curve. The application of this production indicates that the extant problem in brand printer has been solved.
