摘要
国企人才流失是一个不容忽视的问题,它影响了国企持续稳定的发展。探讨了国企人才流失的原因及影响,分析了国企应从建立合理的薪酬制度、提供充足的培训、创造广阔的发展空间及建立良好的企业文化4个方面采取措施来留住人才。
Job-hopping of talents in state-owned enterprises is an important problem that should be paid attention to, for it affects the sustained and stable development of state-owned enterprises. The causes and impacts of talents' job-hopping in state-owned enterprise are discussed in this paper. That state-owned enterprise should establish reasonable remuneration system, provide enough training, create developing space and set up good enterprise culture to allure and retain the talents.
