The Construction of Teacher's Moral Must Insist on Making People as Base

我们对教师这一职业仍然存在着种种偏见和苛求,我们的师德建设仍然存在着片面强调教师的奉献牺牲精神而忽视对教师的情感关心、利益保障和需要满足等现象,这就要求我们的师德建设必须坚持以人为本,切实把教师作为师德建设的价值主体、利益主体和动力主体。

We have many kinds of prejudice and excessive demands. Our construction of teacher's moral far stress the spirit of sacrificing and dev otion, but ignore to care for teachers on emotion and ensure teacher's interest and satisfy teacher's needs. It demands that we must insist on making people as base in the construction of teacher's moral, make teachers as main body of value and interest and motivation on the construction of teacher's moral.
