小建中合剂中薄层色谱鉴别方法的研究

Identification of Principal Herbs in Xiao Jianzhing Mixture by Thin-layer Chromatography

本文报道采用薄层色谱法及薄层光谱扫描法，对小建中合剂中主药桂枝、白芍、甘草的鉴别研究，结果显示：分离效果好，结果准确，重现性好。

This paper presents a method to identify the principal herbs,such as cinnamom twig,white peony root and liquorice,in Xiao Jianzhong Mixture by thin-layer chromatography and thin-layer spectral scanning.The results show that this method has a satisfactory seperation capability,accurate result and good repeatability.
