Technical and rapid development of information has made the role of position and function of library more significant, has made innovative library management method, and has continuously improved service quality. To implement the 'Gung Ho 5S Management ' mode, is an effective means to improve service quality and benefits. The paper elaborated that the basic theories of 'Gung Ho 5S Management', and reason for implementation of the 'Gung Ho 5S Management' and put forward practical measures and means for practical 'Gung Ho 5S Management'.
