现代硫化矿火法冶炼工艺操作中,富氧技术的应用使冶炼烟气中的二氧化硫浓度很高,这是烟气处理中节省投资的先决条件。目前,对于处理高浓度二氧化硫烟气的技术状况的讨论主要是考虑不同工艺流程的技术边界条件和经济因素。奥托昆普-鲁奇公司已开发出一种更好的处理高浓度SO2烟气的全新工艺,避免了常规的用过量空气稀释的做法。新的LURECTM工艺对于新建厂和老厂扩建同样有吸引力。
The operation of modern pyrometallurgical smelter processes for sulfide ores using oxygen-enriched air, leads to high SO2 concentrations in the smelter offgas. This is a prerequisite for substantial savings in smelter offgas treatment. The present status of the technology for processing high-grade SO2 gas is discussed with respect to technical boundary conditions of different process alternatives as well as economic aspects.Outokumpu-Lurgi Metallurgie has developed a new process to enable more favorable treatment of such high concentrated offgas, while avoiding the conventional excessive air dilution.The new LURECTM process is equally attractive for new installations, as well as for smelter expansion projects.
