众所周知,中国是一个拥有13亿人口的大国。人口的不断增长给经济和社会的可持续发展带来了极大的压力。与此同时,中国内地的人才市场里流动人才和人口总是人满为患。因此,中国的人口压力和专业技术人才的大量短缺形成了矛盾。但是,人口压力能否转化成为人力资源优势呢?文章分析了转化的可能性和必然性,以及政府应该采取的措施。

As is known to all, China is a big country with a population of more than 1.3 billion. The increasingly growth of population exerted great pressure on the sustainable development of economy and the whole society. Simultaneously , China' s native human resources pools are always filled with flowing talents and population. Thus came the paradox that China's large population became pressure and China's specialists were in great short. Then, can the population pressure be changed into human resource advantage? This essay analyzed the possibility as well as the certainty of the change, and the corresponding measures that our government should take.
