摘要
当今社会,企业要想发展壮大,拥有人才是关键,而现在的许多私营企业却面临着人才严重流失的问题。所以,如何留住人才已成为当今私营企业生存与发展的关键性问题。
Nowadays, if an enterprise wants to develop, it is the key that it has talents. However, many private enterprises are faced with serious brain drain now. So, how to retain talents is a key problem for the existing and development of a private enterprise.
