摘要
知识经济时代,计算机教师继续教育的观念要更新,教育内容、教育方式都要有所改变,以适应社会发展的要求。计算机教师继续教育要实现内容多样化、层次化、个性化、时代化,教育模式要灵活多样。同时,要建立适当的教育质量评估和激励体系以保证继续教育的教育效果。
In the era of knowledge economy, the conception about the continuing education of computer teacher should be renvated. We should change education constituent and education technology for adapting the request of social development. The content of continuing education of computer teacher should be diversificat , individual and layering; The eduction model should be various. For good eduction, we must establish evaluating and prompting system.
