外商投资企业的工会组建

On the construction of labor union in enterprises with overseas investment

随着我国社会主义市场经济的迅猛发展,我国外商投资企业的数量不断增加,规模不断扩大。但是包括一些世界著名跨国大公司在内的许多外商投资企业对中国工会缺乏了解,在认识上存在很多误区。少数地方政府担心组建工会会影响外商投资的积极性,因而对工会组建不重视、不支持,使得目前在外商投资企业组建工会尤为困难,针对这一现状,文中提出了若干应对措施。

With the rapid development of socialist market economy, the number of enterprises with overseas investment is increasing continuously, and their scale is extending constantly.However,many enterprises with overseas investment, including some famous transnational corporations,are misuderstanding in our labor union,lie in many long standing mistaken ideas.A few local governments are afraid that it will dispel the initiative of foreign businessman, that construct labor union, hence, they do not value and not support that. At present,the construction of labor union in enterprises with overseas investment is very difficult.Aimed at this,it is proposed some countermeasures in this paper.
