不同糖耐量状态下血清抵抗素和可溶性细胞间黏附分子质量浓度的变化 被引量:6

Serum resistin and sICAM-1 in different glucose tolerance status.

摘要 目的探讨不同糖耐量状态下血清抵抗素(resistin)与可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM1)质量浓度的变化。方法2004-04~09在中国医科大学第一临床学院对52例2型糖尿病患者(DM组)、18例糖耐量异常(IGT)组及30例健康对照(NCT)组,采用酶联免疫分析法检测空腹血清resistin及sICAM1质量浓度;同时检测空腹血糖、胰岛素及血脂水平;并以稳态模型计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMAIR)。结果IGT组resistin明显高于DM组及NCT组(P均<0.05);DM和IGT组sICAM1均高于NCT组(P<0.01,P<0.05);DM组、IGT组HOMAIR明显高于NCT组(P<0.01)。结论resitin和sICAM1二者可能参与2型糖尿病的发病过程。 Objective To study the levels of serum resistin and sICAM-1 in diffferent glucose tolerance status.Methods Fasting serum resistin and sICAM-1 concentration were measured by enzyme immunoassay in 52 cases suffering from T2DM,18 cases with glucose tolerance impaired and 30 cases with normal glucose tolerance.Meanwhile,fasting blood glucose,insulin and lipids were determined.HOMA-IR was calculated.Results Fasting serum resistin concentration (ng/mL) was higher in IGT than that in those patients with T2DM and NGT (P<0.05);sICAM-1 in DM and IGT was significantly higher than that in NCT(P<0.01,P<0.05); HOMA-IR in DM and IGT was markedly higher than in NCT (P<0.01).Conclusion Resistin and sICAM-1 are correlated with HOMA-IR,which may both participate in the developwent of diabetes mellitus.
