松丹双交种蜜蜂选育研究报告

Primary report to breeding Songdan Ⅰ,Ⅱ bee double-hybrids

在多年近交系选育的基础上，以纯度较高、具不同优良性状的Ｃ、Ｄ、Ｒ、Ｈ四个近交系为亲本杂交培育成“松丹１号、２号”双交种蜜蜂，群均产蜜量分别比美意蜂增加７０．８％和５４．４％，产王浆量增加１４．４％和２３．７％，越冬群势削弱率降低１１．９％和５％，饲料消耗量降低２３．７％和１４．９％。在生产中表现出较强的优势。

Songdan Ⅰ,Ⅱ bee double-hybrids have been crossed from four inbred line C,D,R,H,which have been done with inbreeding for many years and possessed different fine character and higher pure.As compared with American-Italian bee:a per colony honey and royal Jelly yield were increase 70.8%,54.4% and 14.4%,23.7% respectively,Lostrare of colony and consumed-fodder of colony reduced 11.9%,5.0% and 23.7%,14.85% respectively during winting period.A superior productivety were displajed by Songdan Ⅰ,Ⅱ bee double-hybrids.
