The nutritive components of rape honey in Qinghai Province are composedof sugars, Proteins,vitamins,amino acids and microelements etc.Which Were detdrmined and reported in this paper.The enmzymatic contents were measured by chemical and uv spectral method for quantitative analysis,in which the valueswere 10.9-29.4.The amino acid contents analysed were 92.3-159.4mg/100g.Theresult indicate that the quality of rape honey in qinghai Prorince is good.
