摘要
采用1HNMR、13CNMR、DEPT及二维谱1H1HCOSY、HSQC、HMBC和HRMS对1′,4′∶3′,6′二缩水4氯4脱氧半乳蔗糖、3,6∶1′,4′∶3′,6′三缩水4氯4脱氧半乳蔗糖和3,6缩水4,1′,6′三氯4,1′,6′三脱氧半乳蔗糖的结构进行了研究和确证,并对它们的1H、13CNMR全谱给予了准确归属.
The structures of 1, 4∶3, 6-dianhydro-β-D- fructofuranosyl 4-chloro-4-deoxy-α-D-galactopyranoside (1), 1, 4∶3, 6-dianhydro-β-D-fructofuranosyl 3, 6-anhydro-4-chloro-4-deoxy-α-D-galactopyranoside (2) and 1, 6-dichloro-1, 6-dideoxy-β-D-fructofuranosyl 3, 6-anhydro-4-chloro-4-deoxy-α-D-galactopyranoside (3) were elucidated using 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy (+1H NMR, {}+{13}C NMR, DEPT-135, {}+1H-+1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC) and HRMS spectra. {}+1H and {}+{13}C chemical shifts of these compounds were assigned.
