论少数民族地区女童的社会性发展

On Girl's Social Development in Minority

女童社会性的健康发展是女童教育和心理健康问题研究中的重要课题。历史的积淀和民族文化的渗透对少数民族地区女童的社会性发展产生了深刻的影响,其特点表现为:1.自我意识程度较低;2.同伴交往特别是异性交往能力较弱;3.独立意识低弱;4.社会知识面窄,知识占有量少。文章指出,要促进民族地区女童社会性的健康和谐发展必须:1.厘清观念,倡导男女平等以优化女童社会性发展的社会环境;2.教育妇女,促进发展,为发展女童社会性而教育母亲;3.改进教学,培养女教师;4.提高女童觉悟。

When girl's education and psychological health problems are being studied, girl's socially healthy development becomes an important subject. History accumulation and infiltration of national culture have made a deep impact on social development of girls in minority, which characteristics are shown as: 1. Their self-consciousness is relatively low. 2. The peer communication, especially the ability for sex associates is weaker. 3. Independent consciousness is inferior. 4. Their social range of knowledge is narrow, which means that knowledge is limited. This paper points out that to promote harmonious development of girl's socially health in minority, the following measures should be adopted: 1. Clarifying the ideas, advocating the equality of men and women in order to optimize the social environment of girl's social development. 2. Facilitating women, bringing about an advance, educating mother in order to develop girl's sociality. 3. Improving teaching, nurturing women facilitators. 4. Improving girl's awareness.
