Sticking to the Scientific Developing Outlook , Promoting the Ethnic Higher Education

党的十六届三中全会提出“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”。这个科学的发展观也是指导我国民族高等教育事业科学发展的指南。发展新世纪新阶段的民族高等教育,必须牢固树立和认真落实科学发展观。

The 3rd meeting of the Central Committee of the 16th Session of CPC pointed out aiming at insisting on considering on the base of person, erecting an all-round, harmonious and continuing developing view, and promoting the development of the economic society and Human-being. This will directs us to develop the ethnic higher education career of China, to realize which successfully in the new century we must firmly erect and carefully take the advantage of the scientific developing view.
