浅议现代企业人本管理中的员工核心心理调适问题

摘要  现代企业管理的核心是"以人为本",人本管理的核心是企业员工心理的调适,而调适员工心理的核心是"核心心理"的调适。文章从人格主权尊重、工作动机激励、个性差异管理、组织文化建设四方面对员工核心心理调适问题进行了探讨。 The management of modern enterprises must be centred on 'putting people first', especially on the adjustment of the core psychology of their personnel and workers. The article makes an exploration of the problem by expounding respecting the personality of their personnel and workers, encouraging their motives for doing well, managing them in different ways according to their different personality and building enterprise culture.
