山西是个落后省份,实现共同富裕须从以下三方面着手:推进行业结构调整,为山西实现共同富裕提供坚实的物质基础;就业为民生之本,积极探索就业与再就业的途径与方法;继续搞好扶贫开发工作,彻底消除山西的贫困地区和国家级贫困县。

Shanxi is one of the backward provinces in China,where the achievement of common prosperity needs to begin with the following:pushing ahead with its structural adjustment of industries with a view to laying a solid material foundation for common prosperity;making efforts for approches to employment and reemployment as employment is the first for people's livelihood;and doing well in help-the-poor drive so as to eliminate poverty-stricken areas and poverty-stricken counties at country-level.
