摘要
通过实验研究确定了用ICP-AES光谱法同时测定合金钢中Cr、Cu、Mn、Mo、Ni、Si、V7种微量元素的方法。样品分析结果与推荐值相吻合。方法精密度高,RSD(%)值小于5%,样品加标回收率在97%￣104%之间。方法简便、快速、准确,易于推广应用。
By experiment, the method on co-determination of Cr, Cu, Mn, Mo, Ni, Si, V, the 7 microelements in steel with ICP-AES spectrometry is determined. The result is in accordance with the recommendation. The method has the higher precision with RSD value less than 5% and recovery ratio between 97%~104%. The method is convenient, rapid and accurate and easy to popularize and apply.
