摘要
本文在阐述科学发展观的理念上,结合河南省社会、经济、科技、人口的实际情况,建立了适合该省的社会经济区域综合发展指标体系。运用数学方法对河南省17个地市的社会经济区域综合实力进行了评估,并结合河南省具体情况进行了分析,由此提出了一些合理建议。
This paper formulizes the scientific development conception and establishes the criteria system of social and economic comprehensive development for Henan province based on particular background of society, economy, science and technology,and population of Henan. The paper compares the social and economic comprehensive forces of 17 municipalities in Henan province.On the condition of Henan, the paper analyses the results and brings forward some reasonable suggestions.
